Originally from North Carolina, Shannon earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from UNC Chapel Hill in 1998. That same year, she moved to Statesboro to pursue her Master’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology from Georgia Southern University, graduating in 2000. She then attended South University in Savannah, where she earned her Physician Assistant degree with honors in 2002.

Shannon brings a wealth of experience to Southern OBGYN, having worked in orthopedics, internal medicine, and over 17 years in women’s healthcare.

Shannon is married to Brian Hall of Statesboro, and together, they have two adventurous sons. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her boys play tennis, hiking, chasing waterfalls, and reading.
